Minnesota DHS made a change over the weekend updating their user/login process. This is impacting submission of claims for agencies using a direct connection and impacting all agencies receiving inbound service agreements. Any impacted agency will receive an email tomorrow with instructions and actions must be taken on MNITS to successfully bill and receive service agreements. Non-Minnesota agencies are not impacted by this change.
